This is all you need. Provides software upgrade from R1.1, R2.0, R3.1, R4.0 and R5.0 to Partner ACS R6.0. Upgrading R1.0 systems have been successful in some cases. Includes a modem for remote administration/diagnostics and backup/restore functionality.
